Quirck & Co. wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built in the moments between a long day on site, a gruelling training session, and a late night on a laptop trying to build something better.

Three and a half years ago, the person behind this brand was overweight, unfit, and genuinely unhappy with who he was. Low energy. Low confidence. No direction. Just coasting through life knowing something needed to change but not knowing where to start.

Fitness was the first step. And it changed everything — not just physically, but mentally. The clarity, the confidence, the feeling of becoming someone you're actually proud of. It wasn't just a body transformation. It was a complete life transformation.
